UCME plans to setup R and D centre in Pune

Universal Construction Machinery and Equipment, the construction equipment manufacturer is setting up R&D centre in Pune with a total investment of Rs 6 crore to develop new products. The Pune-based company has about 50 products in its portfolio with four verticals catering to mechanisation, concreting, material handling and processes. It has two manufacturing units in Pune and Satara in Maharashtra and one in Rudrapur in Uttaranchal.
